Independent Contractor Status
All inspectors work as "Independent Contractors while doing inspections for our company. You will receive an email notifying you that you have a new assignment. Typically you will have 30 days to complete the assignment. You will get an email notifying you when you have not submitted the report within 3 days of the due date. The due date is a very important part of our services and we have made committments to our clients that we will meet the deadlines set in our contracts. You need to contact us to ask for an extension if there is sufficient reason to warrant an extension.
